RED OAK

Oak is a wood that is solid and hard. When touched, its offers an open, cross-textured grain scattered with porous zones. The colour of red oak varies between pale pink and a deep reddish-brown colour. This hard wood is ideal for caskets, parquet flooring and turnings. Carpenters also like using it for making furniture, mouldings and architectural millwork.
